How to apply manually

Download the Icon pack
Extract the zip file and look for the (.png or .icns format).

Open the App or Folder Info
Right-click the app or folder you want to change, and select Get Info.

Copy the New Icon
Go to the icon pack folder, select the .png or .icns icon, Command + C to copy it.

Replace the Icon
In the Info window, click the small icon in the top left and press Command + V to paste the new icon.

Refresh if Needed
Restart Finder or log out and back in if the change doesn’t appear immediately.
How to apply automatically

Download IconChamp
Install the IconChamp app from the official website.

Open IconChamp
Launch the app and authenticate with your admin password if required.

Choose Icon Set
Select an icon set from the available options or import your own custom icons.

Customize Icons
Select the application or system icons you want to change from the IconChamp interface.

Apply Changes
Click Apply Changes to update your icons. Restart Finder or your Mac if prompted.
